To whom it may concern,

Goodness that just sounds so formal, when I want to shout on top of a mountain about the positive experience I have had with your company.   I have tried and paid for other “help” in the past and unfortunately, lost quite a bit of money

Since the moment I got started with your company your staff has been understandable and has listened to my needs, Most importantly, they have done exactly what they said they would do and have been fun to work with.  I will highly recommend your company to anyone that asks “who did that for you?”
