Everyone that I had contact with was eager and enthusiastic to help me learn and understand how each step leads to achieving the goals that we had set. I am so happy with the way that I was guided and handled by the staff. I was also encouraged to contact them immediately should I have problems or questions about how to handle and resolve the issue.
